CodeJockey (Software), developed by CodeJockey - A CodePremi, LLC subsidiary. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Software. By using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

✌ License And Usage

We collect some details to generate a personalized licensed software bundle. This information is solely used for licensing purposes only. We will not be able to provide a fully licensed product without these details. A very little ask for a speed to market, tremendous cost savings, standardized code base and much more!

• 👉 Trial Version: CodeJockey at discretion may provide a trial version of the Software. Trial versions are only to be used for trial purposes. Trial Software is designed to run on a trial database and a trial schema. Any misuse of the trial software is prohibited.
• 👉 SaaS License: SaaS license will require API processing in CodeJockey cloud. CodeJockey uses industry accredited cloud infrastructure to store metadata on encrypted storage provided by leading cloud providers.
• 👉 Full License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we may grant you an exclusive, non-transferable / non-shareable license.
• 👉 Restrictions: You shall not, 🙅 directly or indirectly Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof. You shall not, reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• 👉 Ownership: The Software, including all intellectual property rights therein, remains the property of CodeJockey - A CodePremi, LLC subsidiary or its licensors.
• 👉 Feature Request / Feedback: If you provide us with any suggestions, feedback or ideas for improving the Software, you agree that we may use and incorporate such information without any obligation to compensate you.
• 👉 Updates and Maintenance: We may release periodic updates, enhancements and bug fixes to the Software. These updates may require manual download and installation. Continued use of the Software after updates signifies your acceptance of such changes. CodeJockey at discretion may retire products at the end-of-life of a given underlying technology. CodeJockey will not be liable to provide on-going updates or support for such retired products.
• 👉 Non-Refundable: All transactions are final and non-refundable. CodeJockey can not control or is responsible for any limitations imposed by users' environment restricting the usage of this Software.
• 👉 Custom Types: CodeJockey, software supports most commonly used data types only. It does not have a support for custom data types.
• 👉 Use at Your Own Risk: CodeJockey, software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. You acknowledge and agree that the use of the Software is at your sole risk, and we shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from the use or inability to use this Software.
• 👉 Indirect Damages: In no event shall we or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Software or these Terms.
• 👉 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeJockey, A CodePremi LLC subsidiary and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Software or any breach of these Terms.
• 👉 Software Support: CodeJockey is not responsible or liable for a trial version support. For the licensed Software, CodeJockey may provide limited offline support to troubleshoot the most common issues with the Software. Any exlusive support must be contracted and purchased from CodeJockey. Please reach out to support team for additional details.
• 👉 Software Distribution: Upon successful payment, CodeJockey will release software for use by the licensed entity.
• 👉 License Validity: CodeJockey Software license does not expire. In the event of a major upgrade or breaking changes in the underlying technology users' shall be required to purchase an amended license at a discounted rate.
• 👉 Unsupported Data types: CodeJockey Software does not support Blobs, Bytea, Binary and Custom Data types. Additionally, any data types requiring custom implementation are not supported.
• 👉 About the Software: CodeJockey, software is built to provide a solid foundation for a given REST API. It is built to reduce mundane tasks and boost productivity in the developer community. By no means, we are claiming it is a complete backend solution.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version of the Terms on our website or within the Software. Your continued use of the Software after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
